Your home online registration

You must be a resident or leaseholder to register for a Your home online account. If you have not previously registered you will need to complete the form below or contact us during office hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm) on 0300 555 0500.

Once registered, residents and leaseholders can login with their username (email address) and password - click on the 'Login' link at the top of this web page.

Once logged in, residents can access a range of information about their home and tenancy including:

  • Checking your account balance and recent transactions;
  • Checking planned works for your property such as replacing your kitchen, bathroom or windows;
  • Reporting non-urgent repairs;
  • Checking the progress or history of repairs;
  • Reporting non-urgent antisocial behaviour;
  • Making payments;
  • Viewing and updating contact details;
