New Chief Finance Officer appointed
We are delighted to announce that Neil Perrins has joined our executive management team as Chief Finance Officer.
Neil brings a wide range of experience from holding senior roles in the housing sector and beyond. He joins us from Barking Riverside Ltd, where he was Finance Director. Prior to that he was the Executive Director of Resources at Golding Homes. He also spent 15 years at Transport for London.
Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is currently continuing his learning through completing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He is also a Board member at Croydon Churches Housing Association.
Commenting on his arrival at CHP, Neil said: “I’m delighted to get started at such an exciting time for the organisation. We must have sound finances and strong procurement in place to provide great customer services, alongside delivering the organisation’s ambitious plans to provide more affordable homes in the eastern region. I’m looking forward to getting started and working with everyone here to achieve these goals.”
