We were shortlisted for ‘Employer of the year’ at the Housing Heroes Awards 2021. We were finalists in the 'Development or Maintenance Team of the year' at the Housing Heroes Awards 2018.
We were finalists in the 'Woman of the year', 'Employer of the year' and 'Marketing, communications and social media' categories at the Women in Housing awards 2018.

It's created by combining the experience of interested parties, such as customer service directors, regulatory bodies and other appropriate partners.

We support the development of data standards to improve efficiencies within UK housing by HACT. HACT partners with organisations across the social housing sector to drive value for residents and communities.
We've received accreditation from the Housing Quality Network (HQN) for our repairs and maintenance service for a fourth time. The HQN scheme recognises housing providers that exceed good practice standards and offer a best-in-class service to customers.
We’re members of Tpas, which is England’s leading tenant engagement organisation. It supports and champions tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing. Membership is made up of local tenants and landlord organisations, covering 2.5 million homes. Our customers can register for a free online account with Tpas, which gives them access to a range or reports, policy briefings, best practice publications and online forums.
