We want you to feel involved, listened to and proud of where you live. We want to find out how you think we’re doing and where we can improve. We want you to hold us to account and help shape the services we provide.
We’ve put in place lots of ways for you to share your opinions and help shape what we do. We think it’s important that you have a voice in what we do and how we do it. This includes forums about the work we carry out in homes and how we keep your home and all our buildings safe. There are opportunities to influence our policies and how we communicate with you.
