What we do

We provide affordable homes to help meet the local housing shortage in the eastern region of England. We make sure that the homes we provide are warm, safe and decent. But we don’t stop there, we want to help transform our customers’ lives and the communities they live in. For example, we provide our customers with benefit advice and support if they’re experiencing problems such as anti-social behaviour or domestic abuse.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to make the most of their lives. To achieve this, everything we do is guided by our strong values.

We know that building thriving communities is just as important as providing a home. Our community investment strategy sets out our ambition to support the growth of strong communities and provide opportunities to help our customers, and those living within areas we operate in, to thrive.

We have ambitious plans to provide 1,500 new affordable homes by 2025. We work with a range of housebuilders to deliver good quality homes, but we want to do even more to help tackle the housing crisis.

Regeneration

We manage homes for people who share our vision to improve lives by providing good quality, affordable homes.
