alt="" Our Trainee Wet Trade Painter, Rosie O'Neill, was awarded the Mo Slade Rising Star Award at the Essex Housing Awards 2024. Vikki Barnes, Development Manager, was highly commended for the Housing and Development Professional of the Year Category. CHP was highly commended in two other categories: Medium Housing Schemes and Meeting Housing Need.

Charlie Knight, Heather Orford, and Rosie O'Neill were also shortlisted for Inside Housing's 40 Under 40, Woman of the Future, and Outstanding Achievement by Apprentices respectively.

alt=""We've been accredited by the CCA Global Standard which sets out key principles designed to increase the reliability and effectiveness of the customer contact operation. It's created by combining the experience of interested parties, such as customer service directors, regulatory bodies and other appropriate partners.

Disability Confident employer logo We’ve been certified as a Disability Confident Employer, demonstrating our commitment to providing equal opportunities for people with disabilities. Disability Confident Employers are recognised as going the extra mile to make sure disabled people get a fair chance.

Gas Safe register logo We're a Gas Safe registered organisation. We're committed to providing the highest possible standard of safe working practices in everything we do.

HACT logo We support the development of data standards to improve efficiencies within UK housing by HACT. HACT partners with organisations across the social housing sector to drive value for residents and communities.

HQN logo We've held the accreditation from the Housing Quality Network (HQN) for our repairs and maintenance service since 2011. The HQN scheme recognises housing providers that exceed good practice standards and offer a best-in-class service to customers.

tpas logo We’re members of Tpas, which is England’s leading tenant engagement organisation. It supports and champions tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing. Membership is made up of local tenants and landlord organisations, covering 2.5 million homes. Our customers can register for a free online account with Tpas, which gives them access to a range or reports, policy briefings, best practice publications and online forums.
