If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood or stress, there’s support available at Parkside Community Hub. On the last Thursday of every month, Essex County Council hold drop-in sessions with one-to-one support, self-help advice, information on social groups, advice and signposting for carers, and more. Available from 2-4pm on the last Thursday of every month.
