Ways to pay your rent

Direct Debit

With a Direct Debit, payments come straight from your bank or building society. Once your regular quarterly payment is set up, you’ll only hear from us when the amount owed changes. Check your lease for when your rent review takes place.

To set up a Direct Debit, please call us on 0300 555 0500. (Text relay: 18001 0300 555 0500). We can set this up over the phone with no paperwork to fill in. Alternatively, complete and return the direct debit mandate.

Standing order

To set up a standing order, you need to contact your bank or building society and give them our bank details:

  • company name: CHP;
  • reference: your 14-digit customer number;
  • bank sort code: 60-05-13;
  • bank account number: 20889348.
Debit or credit card

We can take debit or credit card payments over the phone. Or we can set up a regular payment direct from your debit card. Call us on 0300 555 0500 to make a single payment or set up a recurring payment. (Text relay: 18001 0300 555 0500).
