Pop-up - repairs SMS in error

Some customers who have had a repair carried out recently may have received a text message in error from us, telling you that an operative is on their way to carry out a repair. As a result, we’re seeing a higher level of calls to our Customer Resolution Centre. You may experience longer wait times when calling us. If your enquiry isn’t urgent, you can email us at enquiries@chp.org.uk, or sign into your online account to raise repairs, and more. We apologise for the confusion caused.
