We’ve applied to the First-tier Tribunal to ask if we can be exempt from the consultation process for our new electricity supply contract. The contract includes the supply of electricity to the communal areas and facilities in the blocks and estates we manage.

On the 20 May 2024, the tribunal made the decision to award us dispensation from the normal consultation process for our new communal electricity contract. The documents below are the covering letter and full copy of the tribunal’s decision. These documents explain why the tribunal made their decision and give guidance on how you can make an application to appeal it.
